Patrick Brown’s Biography

Patrick is a Phoenix-based sports reporter with two decades of experience covering professional sports.

He spent two seasons as the team reporter for the Arizona Coyotes, hosting more than 100 games on radio while also appearing in live television segments and producing in-depth team coverage. His baseball coverage has been regularly featured by MLB.com since 2005.

Based in Arizona, he specializes in Spring Training / baseball coverage, hockey analysis (NHL, AHL, ECHL and NCAA), and long-form features that explore the business and human side of sports. He's comfortable on radio, television, and digital platforms, and he brings veteran insight and clean storytelling to fast-moving assignments.

He is currently available for freelance game coverage, features, on-air analysis, and Phoenix-based assignments.
