Patrick McLain’s Biography

Patrick J. McLain is a military lawyer and criminal defense attorney representing civilians, former, and current members of the military around the globe. McLain is a retired Marine Corps military judge (JAG) who has been practicing criminal defense law privately for over two decades.

Patrick founded two law practices: one focuses on military law and the other on federal criminal defense. His offices are in Dallas, Texas and San Diego, California.

McLain has represented people in high profile cases in the middle east, Europe, and right here in the USA. McLain has been featured on Al Jazeera, CNN, and other news channels as an expert in military law.
