The Coachella Valley extends for approximately 45 miles in Riverside County and comprises the following nine cities: Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio, Indian Wells, Desert Hot Springs, Coachella, and Cathedral City.
Hong Kong Hotels Report Significant Demand and Occupancy Levels for January 2018
- Hong Kong's hotels reported occupancy rose 6.1% to 91.2% in January, according to preliminary monthly data from STR. ADR was flat at 1,428.41 Hong Kong dollars ($182.62) and RevPAR rose 6.1% to HK$1,302.29 ($166.50). STR’s preliminary January 2018 data for hotels in Hong Kong indicates significant demand and occupancy levels.
Berlin Hotels Report RevPAR Increase for January 2018
- Preliminary January data from STR shows Berlin's hotel market experienced a 0.9% occupancy increase to 59.2%, a 1.1% ADR increase to ?84.60 ($104.53) and a 2% RevPAR increase to ?50.05 ($61.84). Based on daily data from January, Berlin reported the following in year-over-year comparisons: STR analysts note that RevPAR has now increased for nine consecutive Januarys in Berlin.
London Hotels Report Flat Performance for December 2017
- Preliminary January data from STR shows London hotels reported occupancy decreased 0.9% to 69.8%, ADR rose 1.3% to £129.23 ($178.44) and RevPAR increased 0.3% to £90.21 ($124.56). STR’s preliminary January 2018 data for London, England, indicates nearly flat overall performance. Based on daily data from January, London reported the following in year-over-year comparisons: STR analysts note that January was much like previous months in London.
