Paul Fredrick Gibbs, 67, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017, at his residence. Born Dec. 3, 1949, in Shelbyville, he was the son of Paul W. Gibbs, Sr., and Jessie L. (Crosly) Gibbs.
