President Trump's call to the Georgia secretary of state to steal the election and overturn it for him is a crime, both federally and by Georgia state law. I am outraged yet again by this president. He should resign and be impeached again, or at least censured by the House of Representatives. The slow coup d'état is still being attempted by Trump. The explicit support of Trump's anti-democratic actions by 120 House Republicans and 12 senators is seditious.
Abstract Rural communities in the drylands of sub‐Saharan Africa (SSA) derive their livelihoods primarily from their natural resource base. Unprecedented changes in these environments over the past few decades are likely to intensify in the future and land users need to develop sustainable adaptation strategies. This study aims to identify land‐use and land‐cover (LULC) changes and their drivers in a sub‐Saharan dryland, between 1986 and 2017, by integrating local knowledge and remote sensing.
