Paula Pipitone’s Biography

Paula Pipitone began her career as an administrative assistant for Charmer Industries and later worked for North Shore Prosthodontic Associates before joining Prestige Wine Imports in 2003. During her three years at Prestige Wine Imports, she continued to serve as an administrative assistant but also took on increased financial responsibility. Her duties included coordinating domestic and international travel for executives, preparing and executing loan requests, and processing FX trades.

Pipitone then worked for one year as an executive assistant for Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP, in New York. Her responsibilities included purchasing supplies, proofing reports and correspondence, and planning executive travel. She completed a degree in finance from Queensborough Community College after graduating from St. Vincent Ferrer High School in 1999.

Pipitone's professional skills include management, leadership, and valuation. She is also highly creative and has strong visualization skills. Her expertise in office programs, such as Cliqbook, PeopleSoft, QuickBooks, and the Microsoft Office suite, has been invaluable to her success.
