In 2008, at the age of 27, amidst a challenging economic landscape, Paul founded Croft Enterprises, LLC. His unwavering commitment to delivering substantial value led to the company's impressive growth, establishing a strong presence in major cities across the United States by 2017.
Beyond Croft Enterprises, Croft has launched several successful ventures, showcasing his passion for innovation and business acumen. These businesses serve a wide range of needs, offering tax consulting, financial consulting, and business consulting alongside personal and business tax preparation, life insurance, annuities, and real estate services.
One of Paul's notable ventures is Rhino Onward International (ROI), a company dedicated to renewable energy solutions such as solar power and water desalination. As the founder and executive chairman, Paul aims to position ROI as a leader in the global green energy market, dedicated to helping clients achieve their environmental objectives.
Additionally, Paul is the CEO of Emerald Life, Inc., where he provides comprehensive insurance products and financial consulting to help individuals, families, and businesses secure their futures. His role emphasizes his commitment to offering thorough support to his clients.
Paul Thomas Croft also extends his entrepreneurial expertise to the hospitality industry as a partner in Komo Chicago & Esco Bar. This unique venue merges Japanese and Latin cuisine with a vibrant nightlife scene.

His business initiatives have generated approximately $2 billion in life insurance sales over two decades. His investments in the dining and entertainment sectors in Chicago have also been successful, further illustrating his diverse business capabilities.
Growing up in Two Harbors, Minnesota, Croft was an exemplary student and athlete, overcoming a significant sports injury at age 16. His determination and skill in hockey led him to be recruited by the Air Force Academy.
Paul pursued higher education at the University of Minnesota Duluth and the University of North Dakota, studying Industrial Engineering and Business. His early career achievements included recognition as a top financial intern in a national publication.
