There actually isn't anyone to stop them unless Democrats win a majority in Congress AND the Democrats who win are willing to actually do something about the rights and the SC. If Democrats win his fall, the first step I would like to see in January 2023 is passage of a law protecting reproductive rights for all women in all statesóno state laws allowed to make it difficult for women to get an abortion.
