Hentley Farm's Clare Falzon
Tom Tilbury wants local and organic produce to be a feature for diners at his restaurant. Time behind the pass at Michelin-starred restaurants equipped Clare Falzon with a strong appreciation for quality produce. She continues to celebrate exceptional ingredients as the head chef of the Barossa Valley’s Hentley Farm restaurant, where a commitment to sustainability underpins all aspects of her work. What first drew you to cooking professionally?
onedotzero festival 2011: wow+flutter 11 review
wow+flutter has always served as a showcase for new styles. This year was of course no different in showcasing some of the freshest and inspiring ways to make video graphics an artform. Compared to some of the other screening programmes, this is probably the most diverse in content – the others stick to their certain themes but wow+flutter has no boundaries in that regard – it is governed only by innovation and creativity.
Crank 2 : High Voltage (2009)
Buy Crank 2 : High Voltage (Blu-Ray) from Play.com Starring: Jason Statham, Amy Smart, Dwight Yoakam, Efren Ramirez I’ve not seen the original Crank film but i was intrigued as to what this version had to offer a saw a film trailer and thought it would be a laugh to watch it. Most people will know of Jason Statham from ‘Snatch’ and more recently ‘The Transporter’.

Buy Crank (DVD) from Play.com Starring: Jason Statham, Amy Smart Now i don’t usually like to do this but this week i have ended up watching Crank 1 and 2 but in the wrong order. School boy error. It doesn’t have a massive impact but its always nice to see how the story follows and in this case – it follows on directly, so don’t make the same mistake. Essentially they are almost the same film. Both very entertaining and shot in a unique style.
Robert De Niro heads up Cannes Festival jury
Recently announced is the appointment of beloved movie star Robert De Niro as president of the jury at this years Cannes Film Festival. This years Cannes Film Festival will be the 64th and is scheduled to take place from 11th – 22nd May 2011. De Niro himself needs no introduction. I’d struggle to find anybody with too many bad words to say about him. Two of his most famous films have won the Palme d’Or. Taxi Driver in 1976 and then again 10 years later with The Mission.
Front Row Reviews
This episode centres around Mark Benford’s vision of the future. A committee is set up to get some answers on the causes of the FF. In charge is Senator Clemente, a hard woman who takes no prisoners. She has a personal issue with Wedeck and makes sure he knows it. Mark is interrogated at the hearing into explaining his version of forthcoming events. Everyone struggles to understand why all the FBI efforts and money should be pumped into their investigation when there are so many holes in Marks story.
Front Row Reviews
At the beginning of the series, Flash Forward looked as if it was going to be something special. In my opinion its now dwindling a little and not really progressing that well. The characters are pretty lame. They are nowhere near the strong characters seen in Lost or The Sopranos. Episode 4 has shattered my dreams, as a new character has arrived. Dominic Monaghan.
Front Row Reviews
And so, we come to the ‘Halloween Special’ episode. I wasn’t looking forward to this episode too much after the poor show with the previous episode. We are granted a special appearance again from the man i love to hate, Dominic Monaghan. He shows up on a train chatting up some woman with some of the worst chat-up lines you’ve ever heard. Why did anyone think it was a good idea to get him involved in this project? The man has no style… or charisma.
