Examining Sexual Harassment Experiences in the Ghanaian Work Environment: Behavioural Responses and Effects on both Women and Men

This paper examines the prevalence of sexual harassment at the workplace in Ghana and determines how both males and females react to such behaviors. The study also ascertains the extent to which cases of sexual harassment are reported by the victims in Ghana and finally, examines the relationship between gender and employees' response strategy and the negative impact of sexual harassment on both men and women workers in the Ghanaian work environment.
