TO THE EDITOR: Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in infancy, defined as ≤1 year of age at diagnosis, is rare with an incidence of 1.8 cases per 100,000 [1]. KMT2A-gene rearrangements are present in up to 80% of infants with ALL and are associated with a poor prognosis.

We help to move them into stable, comfortable and safe accomodation where they can be happy; that is success to us.
