Tichounko I keep returning to this album not only because of its perfect cover art but because of its atmosphere. It reminds me of The Caretaker albums but that’s only because of both the artists’ choice of source material. Hymns is a unique, haunting, nostalgic, beautiful ambient folklore art album that feels like a message from ghosts – Welsh ones for that matter.
