Colorado landscape turf vs sod
I'm looking to turn my primary residence into a rental when I move out. The previous owners did not take care of the landscape and it has been difficult bringing it back to life (front yard and back yard). I am curious on everyone's thoughts on whether it would be advantageous to use artificial turf instead of sod. It seems it would be more beneficial to go with turf as it it can cut down on water costs, maintain its appeal throughout the seasons, and with a warranty to maintain dog wear and tear.
STR House Cleaning Services
I'm thinking about quitting my W2 and starting my own cleaning business in Pensacola, FL. Do you or anyone you know in the Pensacola area need a house cleaning service for your AirBnB and/or VRBO? Will be planning to start managing the cleaning services myself and then hiring additional cleaners as I scale! Thanks for any & all referrals!!

Good news for D&O policyholders on defence costs - Australian position on Bridgecorp clarified
The NSW Court of Appeal has handed down its much anticipated decision concerning whether parties making a claim against directors and officers can assert a statutory charge over the proceeds of a potentially responsive D&O policy, effectively depriving the directors and officers the ability to access the policy to fund their defence costs.
Insurance policies will not be construed narrowly like contractual indemnities
The Full Federal Court has decided that a contract of insurance is not legally like a contract of indemnity, so insurance coverage clauses will not be construed narrowly and insurers are not entitled to have any coverage ambiguities resolved in their favour.

Neil Armfield reviews ‘Contemporary Australian Drama (Second Edition)’ edited by Peter Holloway
I don’t know why a book – and one that has been ‘completely revised’ for its second edition – about one of the world’s more interesting (dare we say exciting) recent cultural developments – the progress of Australian drama from the nineteen fifties to the present –should be so standardised as to read like a school text-book. But I suppose that’s where the answer lies: it’s like a text book because that’s the market.
