Philip Raymond Baquie’s Biography
Philip Raymond Baquie, Psy.D., is the founder of Tradecraft Leadership Group, a consultancy specializing in preparing leaders in high-risk environments to operate effectively under pressure, communicate with clarity, and cultivate cultures that can withstand demanding conditions. Drawing from his background in the military, law enforcement, and private security contracting, he offers guidance shaped by experience in situations where failure carries serious consequences.
He integrates psychological insight, operational practice, and human performance principles to help leaders think clearly, act with purpose, and maintain authenticity in critical moments. He has trained personnel and teams from the Navy SEALs, Army Special Forces, U.S. Marshals, DEA, and U.S. Border Patrol. His work is valued in both professional and public settings. He contributed a chapter to a forthcoming book on leadership and wellness for first responders and served as a subject matter expert and cast member in the award-winning documentary PTSD911. The film showcases the experiences of first responders, including a firefighter, a police officer, and a 9-1-1 dispatcher, providing a direct look at the complexity of trauma and its long-term effects.
