Phillip Hayes

Phillip Wayne Hayes was a prosecutor prior to becoming a defense attorney. This position provided him with insight into the government's strategy in each case. Seeing it from the other side compelled him to offer assistance to individuals facing criminal charges. He served as Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County from 1999 until 2004.
