To have the ability to improve someone's life by informing them with news they can use in their daily life.

Tools and software? It all depends on what I'm working on. NLM, Google for a start, interviewing experts, research is a rabbit hole.

Never let anyone tell you that you can't do something; find a workaround. Be determined. Be kind, and be polite.

As long as it's an email, time doesn't matter.

Name incorrect, wrong publication, and on something I would never cover.

Sleeping! Playing with dogs, or wandering around my favorite city.
