In 2008, Pratik Gandhi began his career by founding PJK Entertainment in Houston. As the owner, he managed all aspects of the company’s operations, including legal documentation, vendor coordination, and event design. This experience provided him with hands-on knowledge of business management, planning, and financial organization. It also taught him the importance of building strong relationships and maintaining high standards in every project he undertakes.

After gaining early entrepreneurial experience, he entered the technology field in 2012 as an IT specialist with JS SAP Group. In this role, he managed databases, worked with clients, and resolved contract discrepancies. His transition to Reliance in 2014 enabled him to develop his technical and analytical expertise further. There, he created a centralized database that improved access to essential records and streamlined company processes.

In 2016, Pratik took on a leadership position as director of operations at Exotic Transport. He oversaw logistics, scheduling, compliance, and employee training, ensuring that all operations ran efficiently. His ability to coordinate across multiple teams strengthened his management and communication skills, preparing him for future leadership responsibilities.

That same year, he entered the real estate field with Keller Williams Metropolitan, where he helped clients buy, sell, and rent properties. He managed listings, prepared contracts, and supported clients throughout every step of their transactions. His attention to detail and understanding of client needs allowed him to build lasting professional relationships.

At CiTY LiVN, he expanded his focus to include financial modeling, investment analysis, and market research. His work involved forecasting cash flow, calculating returns, and evaluating asset values. These experiences deepened his understanding of finance and investment strategies, contributing to his expertise in real estate development.

In 2017, Pratik Gandhi became president of Mpire Builders, a company that focuses on acquiring and redeveloping multifamily properties in the Houston area. Under his leadership, the company has worked to improve under-managed properties, develop new construction projects, and deliver long-term value for investors. He continues to approach every project with a focus on operational improvement, cost management, and sustainable growth.

Alongside his professional responsibilities, Pratik pursues academic studies in economics, management, and marketing at the University of Houston. His dedication to education reflects his belief that learning is essential to success.
