Abstract Recent work by our laboratory and others indicates that co-display of multiple antigens on protein-based nanoparticles may be key to induce cross-reactive antibodies that provide broad protection against disease. To reach the ultimate goal of a universal vaccine for seasonal influenza, a mosaic influenza nanoparticle vaccine (FluMos-v1) was developed for clinical trial (NCT04896086).
We present isothermal ferroelectric (FE) and quasiadiabatic phase diagrams for single-crystal Co2V2O7 with magnetic fields (H) along the c axis, obtained through magnetization, polarization (P), and magnetocaloric effect measurements under pulsed magnetic fields up to 30 T. The FE diagram reveals two FE phases, denoted as FE-I and FE-II, with overlapping boundaries at low temperatures (T).
Figure 1a illustrates the atomic layer-by-layer synthesis of LaNiO films on LaAlO substrates. Reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) intensity oscillation patterns during growth are shown for a series of LaNiO films from 0.5 u.c. to 3.5 u.c. in thickness. The half-integer u.c. denotes NiO -terminated films while the integer numbers correspond to LaO-terminated films.
She wakes up in a white darkened room and realises an operation has been performed on her – her legs are amputated. She looks around for things that belong to this room, all of which she hardly knows: a monitor apparatus that is recording critical data of her existence, an empty glass and a filled jug, a capless pen, a dim florescent light, and herself. The light scathes her, as it scathes everything it touches, leaving them with wounds-marked bodies.
