Previously, she was a reporter at Inkstone, a China-focused news site, owned by South China Morning Post.
Before that, she worked for five years in US newsrooms. She was a senior video producer for The New Yorker video team. She produced short documentaries and wrote about blockchain and cryptocurrency at CNBC.
