eHealth literacy in older patients with cardiovascular disease: latent profile analysis and associated factors
Abstract Objective: This study aimed to explore the potential latent categories of electronic health (eHealth) literacy among older patients with cardiovascular diseases and analyze the factors associated with eHealth literacy profiles. Methods: From November 1, 2025 to April 15, 2026, we employed the convenience sampling method to conduct a survey on a total of 459 patients from a tertiary A hospital in China.
A preoperative nomogram integrating transvaginal ultrasound endometrial thickness and nutritional, inflammatory, and metabolic indicators for predicting lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer
Abstract Background: Preoperative assessment of lymph node metastasis (LNM) risk is critical for surgical planning in endometrial cancer (EC). Transvaginal ultrasound (TVU) endometrial thickness (ET) is a routinely available morphological parameter, whereas nutritional and metabolic indicators reflect the systemic host-tumor interaction.

Clamping Force Control Strategy of Electro-Mechanical Brake System Using VUF-PID Controller
4. Simulation Results and Discussion The mathematical model of EMB system is established in MATLAB/Simulink software in this paper, as shown in Figure 5. The parameters of the VUF-PID controller and simulation model are shown in Table 4 and Table 5 respectively. In order to verify the advantages of the VUF-PID control strategy designed for clamping force control, the differences between VUF-PID and PID and fuzzy PID (F-PID) control are analyzed by simulation comparison.
