Dear Editor, We read with interest the article by Luo et al. (2026), which examined symptom clusters and their associated factors among 600 adults with haematological malignancies undergoing chemotherapy. The topic is clinically important because patients with haematological malignancies frequently experience multiple concurrent symptoms, and cluster-based assessment may help clinicians prioritise symptom management more efficiently than single-symptom approaches (Chen et al. 2022).
