ABSTRACT: The aim of the study is to identify the problems faced by women employees in railway sector. Nowadays women are more dynamic and they also entered into various fields like men. Especially they mainly focused on Government jobs rather than private jobs. Various difficulties are crossed by the women employees as the gender difference is not mainly highlighted in these sectors. They have to work equal to men.
