LSU added the 20th commitment to its 2017 class when 3-star Alabama defensive end Justin Thomas pledged last weekend. The Tigers have room for five to seven players to round out their class before National Signing Day. A handful of those targets are slated to announce their commitments during the next few weeks. Devonta Smith likely will lead the charge among these targets. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Amite (La.) High School product was scheduled to finalize his decision Monday evening.
