Rafi Toledano entered the large world of real estate in 2009, a time of economic crisis, during which many businesses crashed. Despite his lack of experience or knowledge, he was driven by ambition and determination to succeed.
Despite the fact that many companies were closed to new hires, Rafi found himself a home at Weissman Real Estate in Lawrence, NY. This small firm was focused only on residential rentals and sales and they were very successful in this endeavor.
Success led to success, and Rafi Toledano was able to purchase a number of properties totaling millions of dollars! His successful streak has not only earned him wealth and privilege - it has also given him the opportunity to help others. In addition, he is currently involved in many philanthropic endeavors.
Unfortunately, there are homeless people living in the East Village as well. Rafi is a proud sponsor of food pantries and shelters in East Village and is dedicated to helping these individuals.
Rafi is supportive of and maintains the Creative Little Garden - an oasis of tranquility in the East Village where guests can just sit down and relax. In addition, Teens-at-Risk are a pandemic problem and NY isn't immune to it. Project Extreme helps teens who have negative outcomes from their lives. This organization is directly supported by Rafi's generous heart.
