"Running is my meditation in motion"
1 My day begins at 5.30 am and I aim to clock 25-30km of running every week. My strength training is on for three days, followed by running on the other three. Sundays are for long runs (10-15 km); I try to do a half marathon (21 km) once in two months. Since I travel a lot, my running shoes are always in my travel bag. 2 After losing 30 kg (2004 onwards) I’ve changed my lifestyle and food habits. No starving or fad diets, but I eat a wholesome breakfast and take a light dinner.
