Dr. Ramis Gheith currently serves as medical director of the Interventional Pain Institute in Festus and Frontenac, Missouri. He and an experienced team of health care professionals provide diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute and chronic pain. Ramis Gheith, MD, and his colleagues use some of the most advanced treatment techniques available, such as radiofrequency ablation and neuromodulation with Spinal Cord Stimulation Therapy. The Institute’s treatment services also include joint and epidural steroid injections, various nerve blocks, and intrathecal pump implant therapy.
Dr. Gheith earned his BSN followed by a Masters Degree in Science prior to obtaining his Medical Doctorate (MD). He then completed an internship at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and a three-year residency in anesthesiology at the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center which was followed by Advanced Training in Pain Management at one of America's Premiere Medical Centers in Chicago, IL - RUSH University Medical Center.
