Small Items 3D Printing Request
RandomLee Distinguished Member #1 I was wondering if anyone with a 3D printer would be kind enough to print the following items for me to help fix a broken Xbox wireless headset volume dial... I'd need x2 seats, x2 dowels and x1 ring (only 1 side has broken, but seeing how fragile the plastic standoff is I anticipate needing a spare for the other side at some point!). More than happy to pay for time, materials and postage. Mods, I hope this is OK to ask?
Forza Horizon Photography Thread
RandomLee Distinguished Member #1 Hoonigan RS200 Rather than clutter up the main FH5 thread with pictures I thought I'd create a dedicated thread to show off our in-game photos as we had one for FH3 and FH4.
2024 Trek Roscoe 9 Crimson Red Size Large The frame and components are in excellent condition having covered only 365 miles, mostly in the dry. Always cleaned after every ride and the chain degreased and relubed after every 4 or 5 rides to keep it running smoothly. There are no cracks, dents or deep scratches to the frame, just a bit of heel rub to the clear coat on the chainstays, and a small scuff from a Thule roof rack clamp on the downtube next to the bottom bracket.
GTA V (Upgraded for Series X/S)
#1 Coming March 15th 2021 #2 Free? Or they going to milk GTAV even more. #3 Free? Or they going to milk GTAV even more. "Free for the first 3 months on PS5". Maybe it's the beer thinking here, but it seems a bit vague to me. Is it free for the time stated on PS5 and then you have to pay for it, or do PS5 players have the 3 months to claim it and then get it added to their library to play to their heart's content?

Adding a Removable Perspex Cover to an Enclosed TV Unit
I'm looking for an easy(ish) way to add a removeable but lockable perspex cover to an enclosed TV unit to protect the screen from damage (autistic toddler). It needs to be secure during the day, and then removeable at night when I'm using the TV (assuming the perspex will be too reflective and degrade the image quality). My initial thoughts we're to use these button fixings and then add cabinet/mailbox locks but thought I'd ask here to see if there would be a better way to attach it?

First Gaming Laptop (Help?)
Sabz Novice Member #1 I recently decided that I want to get into PC gaming, I would like to purchase the most capable machine possible for my needs, which I will explain momentarily. Unfortunately a desktop is completely out of the question for me due to not having the space, like at all. I would love to go the desktop route but that will have to be down the line when some of my kids start moving out ... I currently have a PS5, Xbox Series S and a Switch.
Question - Landlord Not Allowing FTTP Install - Alternative Options?
RandomLee Distinguished Member #1 Long story short - I live in a 250+ year old Cat. B listed granite building (renting) and the landlord is not giving permission for Openreach to drill the hole required for FTTP as apparently they did considerable damage to another one of his other granite properties. Unfortunately my current Plusnet contract has now been fully cancelled and neither Plusnet, Sky or any other ISP I've tried can offer me FTTC, they're all only offering FTTP now.

Fallout 4
Our Year Outstanding Member #1 Bethesda tweets cryptic Vine video, says "guess again" to Fallout 4 rumors | News | PC Gamer https://vine.co/v/bFPjjheVnau It starts with a dizzying shot of barbed wire. Then we see a glimpse of an LPThe Moonbeam Trio, directed by George Shackley. A quick Googling reveals that the Library of Congress has recordings. Then we see sheet music from Bachs Air on the G String, and its back to barbed wire. Its a four second Vine video tweeted by Bethesda Softworks.
