Raphael Toledano’s Biography

Raphael Toledano entered the world of real estate in 2009. This is largely considered to be the worst economic period in the 70 years post-Great Depression. Despite Raphael Toledano had a lack of experience or knowledge in real estate, he was driven by ambition and determination to succeed.

In year one of Raphael's journey in the real estate industry, he sacrificed many hours of his time to gain the education and experience needed for success. The next years were extremely successful for him. Although he was ready to go on his own, he decided to stay at Weissman Real Estate for an extra year and share the profits with them as an act of simple gratitude to Mark Weissman.

Going out on his own gave Raphael the opportunity to hire salespersons, and to tie up and flip a lot of deals. This provided him with enough capital and gave him the ability to close on his own deals, first with partners, then fully on his own.

Raphael started with partial ownership in a small strip center in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn. Today he owns approximately 20 NYC buildings, valued at $250mm +.

This success gave Raphael the opportunity to help others through his philanthropic endeavors.

Raphael Toledano is a proud supporter of food pantries and shelters within East Village. He also supports Project Extreme, an organization that helps teens who have negative outcomes from their lives.
