I have been a journalist and editor at the Jakarta Globe since 2012. I am also a freelance writer and producer for several international media organisations.
During my time in Indonesia I have covered an array of issues specifically around human rights and development. My stories feature regularly in the Jakarta Globe and I have also been producing special reports for regional broadcaster Asia Calling. I am currently working on a documentary examining Indonesia's rise of religious intolerance and violence.
Prior to working in Indonesia I spent two years living and working in Cambodia for an international philanthropic organisation concerned with poverty and micro-business development.
I hold a bachelor of Journalism and International Studies at Monash University. I speak an intermediate level of French and am currently studying Indonesian.
