Abstract Background Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is a medical emergency leading to significant morbidity and mortality. Thrombolytic therapy is currently the mainstay for management of AIS due to its improvement in neurological function at three months. Objectives The objective of this study was to compare the frequency of dosing errors made with tenecteplase versus alteplase administration in management of acute ischemic stroke.
