Paulo Rebêlo

I’m a writer, editor, publisher and photographer. Two published books (non-fiction) and a third (fiction) to be launched in January 2026. Currently working as a private consultant for companies, universities and NGOs on themes related to public policy, politics, technology and media. Born in Brazil, I’ve lived and worked abroad for several years, being a correspondent in Canada and Eastern Europe. Within Brazil, I worked as a correspondent for US and UK publications, and as a reporter and editor for several newspapers, websites and magazines, both local and national. I spent 25 years in the press, both print and online, covering politics, business, technology, social development, public safety and urban issues. Master degree (2007) in Public Policy from the Central European University in Budapest. Another Master degree (2013-2015) in International Media Innovation Management from the Berlin University for Professional Studies. Founder (2014) and director of Paradox Zero, a small consulting agency on media and technology. Founder (2017) and editor-in-chief of Paradoxum Publishing House.
