Reditus Laboratories’s Biography

The company underwent a substantial physical expansion in March 2021 to accommodate its growing operations. The laboratory space was expanded from 2500 sq. ft. to over 23,000 sq. ft., allowing Reditus Laboratories to offer anatomic pathology services to diagnose soft tissue and wound infections for various healthcare providers.

The company quickly emerged as a national leader in Covid testing services, having successfully processed over 3.3 million tests and counting. The laboratory's comprehensive solutions were sought after by schools, universities, and private industries. Reditus provided on-site training for Covid testing in educational institutions and supplied the necessary staff, testing supplies, and kits. These contributions played a significant role in keeping schools open and ensuring the well-being of children during the worldwide pandemic.

With the capability to run 100,000 tests daily, Reditus also provided testing services to government organizations. The ThermoFisher EUA PCR High-throughput testing platform was utilized for these purposes, with the company supplying complete test collection kits comprising sterile nasal swabs, transport tubes, and viral collection media.

The operational efficiency demonstrated by Reditus during its initial years is a testament to the remarkable leadership that founded the company. Through the spread of essential personal protective equipment, including glasses, gowns, and masks, and conducting accurate testing on a wide section of the local and national population, Reditus significantly contributed to reducing the spread of Covid.

Before gaining nationwide attention due to the Covid pandemic, Reditus had already established itself as a premier testing lab in podiatry. The company had also embarked on an expansion into urology and histology testing. Histology tests played a critical role in helping doctors diagnose abnormalities in human cells or tissue, allowing for the identification of certain microorganisms known to cause infection, disease, and even cancer. Reditus utilized state-of-the-art equipment and followed rigorous clinical laboratory procedures to provide accurate diagnoses and valuable insights for treating diseases or injuries. These procedures encompassed various samples, including skin biopsies, wound samples, and wart specimens.
