Rhiyen Sharp is a strategic advisor, talent manager, and media executive & partner at Flaunt Magazine
For more than fifteen years, Rhiyen Sharp has worked at the intersection of luxury publishing, strategic communications, talent representation, reputation architecture, digital strategy, and cultural influence. His career has been defined by an ability to recognize fundamental shifts in consumer behavior, technology, and media long before they become conventional wisdom, and to translate those insights into strategies that create lasting competitive advantage.
He has developed and led campaigns, partnerships, and strategic initiatives involving many of the world’s most recognized brands, media companies, and cultural institutions. That work includes Johnson & Johnson, Chloé, Alo Yoga, Versace, Fendi, Moncler, BMW, Baccarat, Dom Pérignon, Marc Jacobs, Sony Music, Republic Records, Forever 21, the Billboard Music Awards, Teen Vogue, and Flaunt Magazine. It has also extended to founders, executives, established artists, and emerging talent whose careers and ideas are helping shape the next generation of global culture.
In 2015, Rhiyen developed one of the earliest large-scale strategic partnerships built specifically around social media, connecting the Billboard Music Awards with Teen Vogue. He later developed a partnership between Teen Vogue and Marc Jacobs. At a time when many media executives still regarded social platforms as an afterthought, these collaborations demonstrated their potential at scale and showed how they could become central drivers of audience engagement, commercial value, and cultural relevance. The principles behind this work anticipated a transformation that would ultimately reshape the relationship among brands, creators, media organizations, and consumers.
