Emma Jean Bennett, 82, of Tulsa was pronounced dead at the scene on 71st Street just east of Harvard Avenue. The collision occurred shortly after 12:30 p.m. Sept. 26 when a westbound black Chevrolet Camaro driven by James Randel Blissit crested a hill on 71st Street and struck Bennett's eastbound Pontiac Bonneville as it was turning left onto Evanston Avenue, police said. The collision report was obtained Friday by the Tulsa World.
