Richard Vesole’s Biography
Richard Vesole is a proud graduate of the University of Iowa. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1977, and then completed law school at the University of Iowa, graduating with his J.D. with distinction in 1980.
Vesole has been awarded a wide range of opportunities that he is proud of and considers some of his most significant achievements throughout his career. One of those is within his real estate investment career. At this point in his career, he is the largest owner of single-family rent-to-own homes in the Quad City metropolitan area - including the areas of Davenport, Iowa, Bettendorf, Iowa, Rock Island, Moline, East Moline and the surrounding areas Illinois. Over time he has worked to develop over 600 properties with careful attention to aesthetics, tenant satisfaction and investor returns.
