Republicans saying paid sick leave bill hurts small business. Women from the caucus saying its unfair to victims of sexual violence. Dems saying it's time to finally make the bill law and there were already amendments made to help businesses.
Del. Cheryl Glenn, who was a victim of sexual assault, delivered a passionate speech telling her colleagues to pass the bill. Says it provides an opportunity for victims to make a decision to stay home without being worried about not getting paid.
