Concerns have been raised regarding potential image overlap in Fig. 2A between the Cpre and Ipost groups. Additionally, the western blots presented in Fig. 4 appear to be oversaturated, and the ratios of target proteins to loading controls do not appear to correspond to the graphs presented under the blots.
