Robert Gifford’s Biography
Author, attorney, Colonel, Judge, and legal correspondent who is also a former federal prosecutor and now a Senior Trial Attorney with a prestigious Oklahoma law firm. Mr. Gifford has published dozens of articles for the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Legal Encyclopedias, and multiple newspapers. Mr. Gifford is also a judge for two Native American Tribes, an Adjunct Law Professor at two law schools teaching Trial Practice, Indian Law, Military Law, and National Security Law. Mr. Gifford is also a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves and was re-called to active duty to serve at the Military Commissions at Guantanamo Bay as the Legal Spokesman to the world-wide media.
