Abstract During peri-puberty, bone growth and the attainment peak bone mass is driven predominantly by sex steroids. This is important when treating transgender youth, who have become increasingly present at pediatric clinics. Analogues of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) are commonly prescribed to transgender youth prior to starting gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT). However, the impact of GnRH agonists on long bones with the addition of GAHT is relatively unknown.

Lip Sync Issue With Blu Ray Discs

Have you tried using the dual HDMI outputs on the back of your blu-ray player? That way, you can connect the Video output directly to your projector and the Audio output directly to your AVR. If you do decide to go down this path, you'll need to go into the settings menu in your blu-ray player and set it up to use the dual HDMI outputs. There are a few settings that you need to change, so please ensure that you go through all of them carefully. This may help resolve your lip-sync issue.
