During the design and development phases, he collaborates closely with architects and engineers to ensure each warehouse is optimized for storage capacity and operational efficiency. He integrates features such as high ceilings, mezzanine floors, and loading docks tailored to various industrial needs, and incorporates sustainable practices like LED lighting and efficient HVAC systems to minimize environmental impact and operational costs.

In residential Development, Linekin excels in creating bespoke homes that realize homeowners' dreams. He has designed and constructed custom residences in prestigious areas such as Cold Spring Harbor and has expertly renovated historical properties like a 200-year-old barn in Lloyd Harbor. His approach is intensely client-focused, integrating eco-friendly materials and advanced features such as intelligent lighting, primary suite designs, personalized built-ins, wine cellars, and heated floors to craft homes that are distinctively tailored to their owners' lifestyles.

Linekin's attention to detail extends to the interiors, where he selects finishes that set the tone for the home, such as rustic white 10" plank quarter-sawn oak flooring that offers a timeless appeal. He also designs serene and functional outdoor living spaces that reflect indoor aesthetics, enhancing the overall harmony and utility of the homes.

Educated in Physics and Math at the State University of New York at Oneonta, he brings a strong analytical foundation to his work.
