The article says that the County gifted the proposed contractor over $3.2 million of value in October 2019. But, just now, over 2 and a half years later, the county is realizing that TNJLA is unable to move forward with their plans. And worse, our Economic Developer Director is celebrating the “early” identification of the issue?
