Robert T. Parrinelli III, Esq., known as Robert Parrinelli, is a New York trial attorney and the managing partner of Appell & Parrinelli. For more than two decades, he has focused his practice on personal injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. Through dedicated work, careful preparation, and consistent advocacy, he has represented thousands of clients and helped secure numerous multi-million-dollar settlements. Robert Parrinelli grew up in the greater New York metropolitan area, where his interest in law began to take shape during his early years. He attended Hofstra University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management in 2000. At Hofstra, he was also a member of the Men’s Division I Lacrosse Team. During his senior year, he was named team captain, a role that demonstrated leadership and dedication. That same year, he was selected to participate in the U.S.I.L.A. North-South All-Star Game, a distinction awarded to some of the strongest collegiate lacrosse players in the nation.
After completing his undergraduate studies, he continued at Hofstra University School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. This period strengthened his interest in trial work and prepared him for the responsibilities of entering the legal field.
Following his admission to the New York State Bar in 2004, he began his legal career in New York City as a trial associate. Under the mentorship of an experienced attorney, he gained exposure to the realities of litigation, including trial preparation, client interactions, and courtroom procedures. These early experiences helped him develop skills that would become central to his work as a trial lawyer.
Over time, Robert's professional relationship with his mentor developed into a partnership.
