Working on a high school underground newspaper in 1970.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

It means keeping a keen eyes on the world, not always accepting the story one is told, and being able to got to the truth of the matter.

Why did you become a journalist?

An interest in the world in all its manifestations.

I wrote, typed, and did layout.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

An article about neo-nazis in Olympia, WA. and their murder of a teen.

Long Trail Ale

Hanging out at my house, in a pub, or the woods.
