Ronnie Tarchichi’s Biography

Ronnie Tarchichi has made substantial contributions to the field of education through his deep commitment and extensive academic qualifications. He earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, specializing in Special Education, from Temple University in 2020 and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Rowan University in 2016. His educational background is further enriched by six master's degrees, covering a broad spectrum of fields that underscore his multidisciplinary approach to academic excellence.

These master's degrees include two from Rowan University in Learning Disabilities and Special Education, completed between 2015 and 2018. His academic achievements include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey, a Master of Biomedical Science from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a Master of Science in Biology from Rutgers University. His educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Philosophy from West Virginia University in 2004.

Since 2024, Ronnie Tarchichi has been the Executive Director of Education and Principal at Mary Dobbins School & Legacy Treatment Services in Hainesport, New Jersey. In this leadership role, he oversees the educational and therapeutic programs for students from the fifth through twelfth grades, fostering an environment that supports comprehensive development across emotional, intellectual, and behavioral spectrums. He also serves as the Chief School Administrator and Building Principal, as well as the Learning Disability Teacher Consultant, playing a pivotal role in shaping the educational strategies of the institution.

From 2016 to 2024, he served as the Superintendent of Pennsauken Public School, where he managed a significant operational budget and spearheaded the development of over 20 career and technical education programs. These programs significantly broadened students' academic and vocational opportunities, enhancing their educational experience and future career prospects.

Earlier in his career, he improved educational standards as Superintendent and Principal of Woodlynne School District, elevating student achievement and upgrading facilities. His career includes vital roles such as Vice Principal at Salem County Vocational Technical Schools and Supervisor of Secondary Education at Mercer County Technical Schools, where he launched a new Health Science Academy.

His extensive teaching experience extends into higher education, having served as an Adjunct Professor of Biology at Rowan University. His commitment to education is complemented by over two decades of experience in the culinary arts as Head Cook in his family's restaurant, where he mastered food preparation and customer service skills.

Dr. Tarchichi holds multiple educational and administrative certifications, enabling him to contribute significantly across various academic settings in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. His career is distinguished by a dedication to improving educational systems and supporting the growth and development of all students.
