I was awarded first place in the Arts and Entertainment category for the ninth in a series of 12 features I did on the English-speaking communities of the Gaspé and Lower St. Lawrence region. The piece, entitled "The next link in the chain: Reviving the music of Douglastown", explored the revival of traditional music and dance in the Gaspé.
