Why did you become a journalist?

I was curious, loved writing and wanted to help people.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

Probably the trans male homelessness story (see portfolio) which took a year of trust-building and back-checking.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

People trust you with their stories. Honour that trust.

What's your favorite drink?

A good microbrew IPA. We have wonderful ones in Quebec.
