Land development in Mapleton/springville
The typical price for land development varies widely depending on the scope of the project, the location, and the type of development (residential, commercial, etc.). However, when it comes to compensating a developer or engineer, a 33% cut of the gross revenue can be seen as on the higher end, though not necessarily excessive depending on the specifics of the deal. Here’s a breakdown of what to consider: ### 1.

Sheets for Sofa Bed
We are getting a sofa bed for the living room of our STR. The mattress is 60x64. What kind of sheets do you think would work for this? For our other beds (king, queen, twins) I followed advice here and got sheets from Kohls, and those are great. It seems like the simplest thing to do is just leave a set of queen linens in the closet for guests to use on the sofa bed. One side of the sheet set will be too long but maybe that's no big deal. I thought I would ask here just in case I'm missing something.
Need advice on what kind of attorney to consult...please
I purchased a newly built duplex in August of 2021 to house hack. Before I closed on the property, I'd expressed concern to the builder about the side yard which had, what I felt, was a significant angle. For whatever reason (I suspect to cut cost and time because they were behind) they did not build a retaining wall like they did for the other five properties they built at this time. I was concerned so much so that I switched which side I would live in because of it.
Multi-Family Real Estate Syndication Pitch Deck
Hey everyone, I’m currently in the process of creating a pitch deck for a new project and could really use some inspiration. If you have any examples of pitch decks that you think are particularly well-crafted or effective, I’d love to see them! If you have a sample deck or know where I can find some great examples, please share them here or drop me a message. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Sobriety program / Guaranteed rent paid
Hello, I recently listened to a podcast with Mindy and Scott. Sept 10 Episode # 562 This couple was on who purchases homes and then rent them out to a sobriety program. The rent is guaranteed by other tenants, the regional chapter or the state will pay the rent. I've tried to Google and figure out what sobriety program this is. I did send a message through Instagram to Mindy, but I don't think she was active. Is there anyone that could help me find this information or maybe post another forum?
