Safiullah Padshah’s Biography

Safiullah Padshah is a journalist from Afghanistan, currently working as a local reporter for The New York Times in Kabul. He has been covering various issues across Afghanistan since September 2021.
Born on September 22, 1996, in Wardak province, he moved to Kabul in 2007. He graduated from high school in 2014 and later earned a degree in biology department from Nangarhar University’s education faculty in 2019.
Fluent in Pashto, Dari, Persian, and English.
