Yes! I own a vintage typewriter that I use to write thank you cards or quotes.

I'm drawn to pitches that are personalized and offer something completely new that I hadn't considered before.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

You're eager to get writing but have limited writing samples to share. Don't worry, we've all been there! Just start writing.

Weekdays during regular business hours (9 AM to 5 PM)

What's your favorite drink?

Diet Coke with lime. All day. Every day.

Real Simple, New York Times, and People (guilty pleasure!)
