What was your first job as a journalist?
I was an intern at Watermark Online in Orlando. I loved it!
How is social media changing news?
I believe it changes how we consume the news. It's at our fingertips within a second and we have to make sure it's still accurate and fair.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
I mainly use all of Microsoft's products, such as Word, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook. I also use an AP stylebook and a dictionary as my tools.
What's your favorite social network?
My favorite social network is Twitter because you can interact with people from all walks of life on a deeper level and discuss trending topics.
What's your favorite drink?
Honestly, water. I have dry skin and I'm always dehydrated. I need water.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
I'm most likely with friends, either just hanging out or working on a new project.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
I love the New York Times! They were the first subscription I ever bought and I still have their notifications sent to my phone every day.
